The Boy Who Wouldnt Sit Still
Gabriel, who shared her story on Facebook , said Braysen wanted to sit on the floor in the aisle and in first class. She said they made sure her entire family was OK and worked around wherever Braysen chose to sit. United really showed up tonight and helped us through this flight. Thanks for playing with Braysen and not minding him kicking your seat or messing with you! He loved your high fives! At the end of the flight, Gabriel said a woman in seat 7D came up to her with a special note. She learned the woman worked for United Airlines, but was taking a personal flight at the time. Great children's book!
Mar 05, Amanda Watson rated it it was amazing. I loved this book! It shows how all children can understand what you think it a simple request very differently than how you meant it. Especially the section where his sister asked him to "pick up his room" and he went and literally tried to pick up everything in his room shows how children take you very literal. I think this will be a favorite of my students but also a good teaching tool for how we need to be careful how we word things and patient when people don't do what we expected because o I loved this book!
I think this will be a favorite of my students but also a good teaching tool for how we need to be careful how we word things and patient when people don't do what we expected because of how we phrased it. I also think that is a good lesson for teachers me!
Aug 12, Jessica rated it it was amazing Shelves: firstreads. I won this in the first reads contest from Goodreads. I am a special education teacher, and we always have a lot of boys who won't sit still. It's really a fun book I know I'll be reading to my students in the future. It definitely shows a different side of not being able to sit still, and really shows it's okay to think a little differently, even if not everyone understands where you're coming from. I won this book in a Goodreads First Reads giveaway and I gave it to a little girl I know, who loved it. The illustrations in the book were really nicely done and she seemed really interested in the story when I read it to her she's only 2. She was happy having it read to her so overall it was a great children's book.

Every boy under the age of 5 I know cannot sit still and this book was really funny and engaging. My nephew who never wants to read loves this book and asks me to read it to him over and over again! Nov 18, Hannah benke rated it it was amazing. This book or rather story is absolutely adorable!!! I received it as a first reads thingy and gave it to my sister who is a teacher she liked it a lot too!!! This takes readers on an adventure of a little boy and his rabbit.
The illustrations are colorful and lively. This book would serve as a great read aloud. Everyone knows that boys tend to be more active than girls. This book is for those little boys who can relate. I would recommend this book for prek through kindergarten. Sep 06, April rated it really liked it Shelves: first-reads. My little sister loved this book so much. I would defiantly recommend it to parent who are loking for a good book for their children.
